the Factory
Before becoming an agent, I spent 8 years on the factory floor — working in Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control, Customer Quality Management, and Process Engineering — across plastics, metal hardware, SMT/Assembly, and brand-owned factories. I know how quality systems really work, where defects actually happen, and how factories think when a client is watching versus when they are not. That experience is what I bring to every procurement engagement.
